Next Step Leader Mentoring: Community based leadership program based on the Arch of Leadership program materials. Program provides direct individual leadership mentoring for community members and organizations. Generally a 8 month program with 4 group sessions and 8 individual sessions.STARS DWI Wilderness Treatment Program: Intensive multiple offender DWI treatment program offered for Sandoval County for past 16 years. Wilderness based, multi-faceted holistic program designed to treat chronic DWI offenders referred from the justice system. Program utilizes Biochemical Restoration, Wilderness activities, group therapy, TCM & Ayurvedic practitioners all to help addicts discontinue use of addictive substances and subsequently end criminal justice involvement.Experiential and Wilderness treatment programs: Programs designed and offered for organizations utilizing High Ropes courses, technical rock climbing and overnight wilderness adventures for youth and adults. Programs have been used in schools, justice system, private groups and treatment programs. Youth and adults of all ages and abilities have been served.
