Victim Impact Program

All District Attorney Offices in the State of New Mexico provide/inform victims & witnesses what their rights are and assist through the criminal justice system, including answering questions the victim/witness might have about their case. We can give the victims/witness information about different programs available, including financial assistance  for expenses incurred as a result of a crime, and support groups to help the victims/witnesses through this time.
