We are a statewide membership organization whose mission is to assist local communities in developing long-term solutions to homelessness. We advocate for policies that can end homelessness at the local, state and national level, provide technical assistance to our members, and educate the public and policy-makers about causes of and solutions to homelessness. We also maintain a database that tracks progress in ending homelessness, and we operate a new coordinated assessment system that helps people experiencing homelessness quickly connect to housing. We do not provide any direct housing assistance or services.
