FAFSA Free-for-All: FAFSA Free-for-All is a volunteer-run, charitable effort to assist New Mexico students and their families to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA Free-for-All events join high school seniors, college students and their families with trained FAFSA advisors to complete the form that is required to qualify for federal financial aid. FAFSA Free-for-All provides professional, confidential assistance statewide for students at no cost.College And Career Academy: NMCAN provides professional development for educators and staff at New Mexico schools and College Access Programs (CAP). CAP staff, school guidance counselors, educators, mentors, parents, student influencers, and community-based youth development receive training in sessions covering college readiness, financial aid, admissions processes, and career exploration.College Bulletin: A college, financial aid, and career publication for New Mexico students and families. This annual publication is distributed to readers throughout the state, in print and electronic formats. We provide this resource to middle and high schools around New Mexico; if you would like to receive copies at your school or program, please contact us.Scholarship Database: New Mexico CAN provides a comprehensive database of scholarships for which New Mexico students are eligible, including local and regional awards. This database is maintained and improved monthly.Students Tracking System: New Mexico CAN is developing a web-based student advisement tracking tool for use by New Mexico college access programs. With this database, these programs will be able to track measurable successes as statewide programs endeavor to increase and completion rates.
