The New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation whose sole purpose is to further the cultural, educational, and scientific programs and purposes of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science. Some programs include the management of the Lockheed Martin DynaTheater and the Planetarium, the membership program, the Museum store NatureWorks. In addition, the Foundation runs the Camp-In Program which offers children grades 1-5 the opportunity to spend the night in the Museum in a hands on educational program. The Foundation provides funding for the Young Explorers Summer Camps and funding for Museum exhibitions and lectures.
The New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation is dedicated to advancing the educational, scientific, and cultural programs of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science by raising funds and generating community support.
