Perpetual Tears Memorial Inc

The Memorial offers on site National DWI Victims' recognition and DWI education, awareness, and prevention. It is also home to the Torrance County Drug Free Communities Initiative, a community coalition dedicated to affect positive environmental change and reduce the rates of substance abuse and DWI.
