We will utilize the SKIPS (Strengthening Knowledge Integrating Professional Skills) software system to generate real time data whereby our coaching team uses this data to support individual educators in the areas of leadership, job effectiveness skills while growing team building skills. We will start with a customized professional development plan which highlights skill strengths and gaps, and coach the educators to implement the ideal teaching method, collaboration meetings as well as keying in on professional development suggestions.
