Developer of supportive housing. New Life Homes Inc. provides safe, affordable, quality housing with support services, through the creation of mixed income/mixed use communities. Provides services to Albuquerque's diverse community including those challenged by disabilities, fixed income, veteran re-integration, as well as other socially determined issues.
Their projects have community rooms, computers, on-site managers, service coordinators, community gardens, age-relevant amenities, and food box provisions. Their community spaces are available for events, celebrations, workshops, trainings and regular neighborhood meetings. They collaborate with public/private/nonprofit groups to tap into scarce resources so that they are effectively deployed to address community needs. Also provides programs to quickly re-house homeless individuals and families to minimize trauma and dislocation.
