The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Pretrial Initiative is to promote and support the implementation of pretrial justice practices statewide. The AOC is committed to aiding jurisdictions in sustaining fairness, justice and equity within pretrial justice systems using legal and evidence-based practices. The initiative is supported both nationally and locally with technical assistance from the National Institute of Corrections (NIC).
