Administrative office for five Senior Centers in San Juan County. Services provided by the Senior Centers include: congregate meals, home delivered meals, homemaker services, information and assistance, outreach, transportation, respite program, recreation, shopping assistance-escort and advocacy. Senior Center sites are in Aztec, Bloomfield, Blanco, Farmington, and Fruitland.
To promote the welfare of older citizens of San Juan County, by providing services for nutrition, social, recreation, education, cultural, and transportation assistance.
