OCADD Learning Loft is a bi-weekly self-Advocacy support group that meets virtually, due to Covid-10. In the “Learning Loft” self-advocates, parents/caregivers and members of the community come together to socialize, communicate, and just have fun. We talk, we play virtual games and every other meeting we invite a guest speaker/s that will educate the group and their guests about various topics regarding disability, self-advocacy, etc.

The mission of OCADD is to enhance positive outcomes for family members with intellectual and developmental disabilities, self-advocates, and caregivers in rural areas of the SW of NM; through informed decision making, advocacy related to diversity, equity and inclusion, education, resources, navigating services and networking opportunities for families to be connected with and provide support for each other.
