Peak Treatment Foster Care

We have specialized treatment foster homes for children with psychological and behavioral issues ages 3 to 18. Individual and family therapy as recommended by the treatment team. Collaboration with biological family members, CYFD, CASA, and outside resources. We provide individual case management through trained treatment coordinators.Treatment coordinators conduct monthly treatment team meetings, have weekly contact with the child and foster parent, and insure that treatment goals are being followed. They are on-call 24 hours a day, and understand that supporting the foster parents and the clients is crucial to the progress the clients make in the program. We provide at least 3 months of aftercare once a child is discharged which include additional individual and family therapy sessions, phone call for support and encouragement, and face-to-face visits if needed, with the hope that these efforts will help maintain the child in their home and help keep them from re-entering the system. When needed, we provide specialized training to the biological parents or guardians of the clients.Once again, this effort is with the hope that our clients will maintain in their placement after discharge. We provide independent living skills to our clients 16 and over who are not going to be returning home. These are basic skills that are required for them to be capable of living on their own. We also work closely with adoptive families to ensure successful placement
