Outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment and co-occurring SA-MH which includes: screening, evaluation and assessment for level of care needed. Individual counseling, group therapy, education-information, aftercare services, relapse prevention, evaluation for medication, medication monitoring and psychosocial rehabilitation are available.
