Reach’s work with Oakland Unified and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts is designed to recruit, prepare, and support teachers and leaders dedicated to working in the region’s urban schools. It builds upon an ongoing partnership between Reach and both high need urban districts, which has been enthusiastically supported by school and district leaders, including Superintendents Kyla Johnson-Trammel and Fred Brill .
