The Returning Citizens Collaborative (RCC) is a coalition of community-based, faith-based, and government agencies dedicated to supporting returning citizens (former prisoners) and their families. Through fostering relationships, RCC aims to transform the lives of these individuals and their communities. Join us for our quarterly networking meetings, held virtually on the first Thursday of January, April, July, and October, from Noon to 1:30 PM.
The mission of the Returning Citizens Collaborative (RCC) is to collaboratively develop solutions that facilitate the successful reintegration of individuals being released from prison into society, ultimately reducing recidivism rates.
