To provide quality outreach health care services and health promotion/disease prevention services to American Indians and Alaska Natives within their communities through the use of well-trained Health Care Teams. A wide range of ambulatory care services are offered: outpatient care, dental services, health education, nutrition services, behavioral health, and community outreach.
