Camp Sangre Valiente(For children and their siblings in NM with bleeding disorders(BD)such as Hemophilia and von Willebrand's Disease) Women's Bleeding Disorder Conference (Educational conference for women in NM with BD) Family Educational Weekend (For NM families with BD) Education through participation at Regional & National Symposium's Regional Outreach throughout New Mexico (Education and advocacy for rural NM families with BD) Informational Newsletter Emergency Assistance Program Providing support for transportation/meals/lodging while receiving treatment at the Ted R. Montoya-Hemophilia Treatment Center. Providing financial need for those with BD who meet eligibility. Funding for basic Medic Alert identification bands James Hamilton Memorial Scholarship for Education (Providing scholarships for secondary education for boys with Hemophilia who are NM residents)
To enhance the quality of life for people with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders in the state of New Mexico. To provide and facilitate information, education, self help, promoting self-advocacy and advocating for changes and reforms that will benefit them and their families.
