To provide quality outreach health care services and health promotion/disease prevention services to American Indians and Alaska Natives within their communities through the use of well trained Health Care Teams. A wide range of ambulatory care services are offered: dental, health education, nutrition services, behavioral health, public health nursing, community diabetes education, occupational therapy and contract care.
