Pay It Forward grants are offered to qualifying individuals so they can access alternative and complementary health care. For every $100 of grant money received, recipients are then asked to donate 4 hours of volunteer services at any one of our 11 affiliated nonprofit organizations. Wellness Pods are participatory workshops held seasonally, which educate and empower the community on issues regarding holistic health. The classes are free and open to the public, but only a certain number of applicants are accepted, as class size is limited. This program teaches practitioners how to facilitate groups which engage the community through collaborative and empowering methods. It also teaches participants how to make more informed health choices, and how to take charge of their health care.
