Permanently Affordable Housing Development. Our feature project is the Arbolera de Vida (ADV) community. Located on a 27 acre former brownfield site near downtown Albuquerque, the mixed income community will be home to almost 200 households. With 93 homeownership units, a 60 unit live/work rental facility, & a 46 unit senior rental community. Our HUD-certified counseling program equips families and individuals with the knowledge & financial literacy necessary to address their housing needs, improve their financial situation, & better prepare for their future. Our services target low/moderate income householdsthose who are least served and who benefit most from resources. As a membership organization, we empower residents to take the lead in their communities and help build leadership skills through education and mentorship. We are uniquely positioned to offer advocacy, counsel, and referral services to help residents and communities address other issues.
