VEX Robotics students learn lifelong skills in communications, project management, critical thinking and teamwork while using science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). VEX Robotics uses a programming language and a design system, which includes structural parts, gears, electric motors and wheels. Students use a hands-on approach to STEM by designing and building an innovative robot to play against other teams in a game-based engineering challenge. Tournaments are held throughout the year at a regional and state level with hopes of an invitation to the VEX Robotics World Championship held each April. Globally The Robotics Education & Competition Foundation offers the largest and fastest growing middle school and high school robotics program.VEX Robotics students learn lifelong skills in communications, project management, critical thinking and teamwork while using science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
