    Only Offered on Monday 8:00am–11:00am, Wednesday 8:00am–11:00am & 1:00pm–3:00pm, and Friday 8:00am–11:00am. If services are needed outside of regular hours, please call the office at 873-7477 and ask for Rachel.

  • Immunizations(available for children through age 18 and limited for adults)
