A ) Promote the conservation, preservation, management, habitat development and other activities relating to the various species of wildlife species in Lea County and Southeast New Mexico B ) Raise funds through grants, banquets, dinners, auctions and other activities in order to promote wildlife habitat development and management, and other meaningful programs for the conservation, enhancement, and propagation of local wildlife C ) Conduct or assist youth information and/or educational programs in Lea County and Southeast New Mexico
