Clients include rehabilitating and geriatric residents. Southwest Cares offer a comprehensive array of behavioral health services, including diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, psychological testing and cognitive assessment, and management of psychotropic medications. Team members collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to coordinate care for maximum clinical benefit of our patients. They also provide supportive therapy with family and caregivers and educational in-services to facility staff to reduce risk and enhance patients’ quality of life. All services are billed to third-party insurance payers, not to the facility or patient.
