The BAMHS Community Corrections programs provide specialized services for juveniles in the criminal justice system. The Juvenile Community Corrections (JCC) program provides participants with an intensive, specialized level of supervision and intensive educational and employment services.
Participants considered appropriate for the program are juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent or have experienced failure and may have been suspended and/or expelled from current educational settings due to truancy, academic or behavioral problems.
JCC services include: intensive supervision during the day and evening hours, educational development. job preparedness, substance abuse monitoring/drug testing, family support services, skills training and development, treatment planning, family transitional services, Medicaid eligibility, case management and tutoring.
This is a CYFD funded program.
