DISABLED AND ELDERLY WAIVER PROGRAM (D&E): Provides homemakers to assist with daily activities that are non-medical services. Homemakers assist with shopping, light house work, hygiene care and transportation. This is a Medicaid program. PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM (PCO): Provides homemakers to assist with daily activities, light housework, hygiene and transportation services. This is a Medicaid program. Southwestern Home Health Care provides skilled nursing care, certified home health aides, physical therapy and occupational therapy. These services are available with a doctor's order.
