Our Transitional Homes are sober living environments for men who are transitioning out of prison, jail, rehab, and homelessness. We have advocates, therapists, and peer support that assist with transitioning. Our program has seen about a 50% success rate, that is… about half of the people who begin our program transition into successful permanent housing situations.
We have a location in Deming for transitional housing but are working on some upgrades before we open for women there. We currently offer all other services in Deming.
We are a non-profit organization located in Silver City, New Mexico who provide transitional and permanent supportive housing for the homeless who suffer from disabilities based on the Housing First Model.
