An in school alternative program for five Albuquerque high schools (Albuquerque High School, Valley High School, Del Norte High School, West Mesa High School, and Eldorado High School). Provides students with an opportunity to obtain skills needed for a job based on individual interests. Provides skills needed for employment. In addition the program provides academic instruction, counseling services, basic employability skills training, and after school work experience. Students receive minimum wage for 115 hours of work. The program goal is drop out prevention.
