The TCA has been the foundation of art and culture in the region for 64 years and is not only recognized and valued for its promotion and support of the arts, but also for its partnership in building the community of Taos as a “hub for the arts”. TCA’s core programs and services fall under three main categories: “TCA Presents” – which includes TCA media/film programs and live performances; “TCA Exhibits” – which includes TCA visual arts exhibitions and programming and “TCA Supports” which includes TCA's community support for media/performing and visual arts to other arts organizations. In the past year the TCA has featured hundreds of established and aspiring performing and visual artists within its facilities and has provided a venue for thousands of viewers to appreciate and connect personally to art and culture. The TCA's programs and events are diverse and planned to include individuals of all ages, means, and interests. Through affordable programming and admissions the TCA strives to make the arts accessible to all. The core programs and services provided by the TCA include: 1.
