Provides mental health services to juveniles in the detention center, and those in the community. This is an effort to control the mental health of the youth in the juvenile justice system. Children with mood and thought disturbances, depression, substance abuse problems, post traumatic stress syndrome, abused and neglected, and molested children are all assessed. Counseling, case management, therapy, and prescription filling are provided.
