Jail Reentry and Jail Diversion

We provide psychotherapy, medication management, MAT services and CCSS services to people in jail diversion programs and reentry programs. We collaborate with inmates' case managers to ensure a smooth transition between imprisonment and reentry into the community. We provide continuity of services post-reentry stage. Bilingual in Spanish.

We provide mental health services, individual, couples, family and group therapy as well as medication management and MAT. We focus most of our efforts on serving the most vulnerable and underserved, such as homeless populations, jail diversion programs and Head Start programs across New Mexico. We meet people where they are, literally and figuratively.

We accept Medicaid , Medicare and all commercial insurance plans.

We also provide CCSS services, and are certified for doing so.

We believe that every New Mexican deserves top quality mental health care, regardless of socioeconomic status.
