The OliveTree

The OliveTree, a program of AppleTree Education Center, is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a model of holistic transformation through the use of mental health interventions and prevention, creative arts, wellness classes and more. The OliveTree has space available to the community for events and meetings. The OliveTree manages three grants for Sierra County,. The Behavioral Health Intervention Zone (BHIZ) provides services to Sierra County residents of all ages who are struggling with mental health, suicide and substance use issues.The Comprehensive Opiod, Stimulant and Substance Abuse Program (COSSAP), and RISE, which connects community members who are incarcerated and/or coming out of incarceration with services to ensure a successful transition.
