Our Pathways Program works with our clients to connect them to resources in the community, and identify systemic issues that affect their health and well-being such as homelessness, hunger, limited access to needed healthcare, and barriers trying to navigate different systems. Our Pathways Navigator work with individuals with multiple unmet needs and from time to time will do home visits to insure the individuals’ needs are being addressed, or the individual’s might have transportation issues, and/or mobility issues.
Centro Sávila is a treatment program devoted to the recovery and healing of individuals, families, and communities suffering from emotional and psychological distress. Our comprehensive model of care works to decrease health disparities in Bernalillo County and is based on the key principles of public health prevention, community building, and collaboration. Our staff and network of volunteers provide culturally competent care that enhances the natural resiliency of our clients. Our vision is a healthy, engaged and equitable community.
