Thank you for considering a community partnership with Together We Rise, a non-profit headquartered out of Brea, CA dedicated to transforming the way youth navigate through the foster care system in America. Every day 1,200 children are removed from their homes and placed into foster care. Today there are over 450,000 children living in foster care throughout the United States. Many of these youth go without significant childhood experiences, lack a sense of normalcy and belonging, and are often the victims of abuse and neglect. Through our innovative programs, we are able to design solutions to these problems while making a lasting impact on the lives of foster youth across the country. In 2019, we were able to provide over 100,000 children in foster care with tangible resources with 100% of funds raised staying in the communities that raised them.
