Young Leaders Program
Tomorrow's Women/

Young Leaders Program

Sixteen Israeli and Palestinian young women come together for an empowering, healing, and fun three week summer camp in the glorious mountains of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Through life-altering dialogue sessions and creative workshops, the young women have a safe space to:
*share personal stories and histories
*learn compassionate listening and leadership skills
*gain an understanding of their peers living drastically difference experiences, often only a few miles away

After camp, the Young Leaders’ training is put into practice as they return home to an environment of conflict. A year-long mentorship program continues with seminars and workshops, reuniting the young women who have turned feelings of hate and fear into those of empathy, respect, friendship, and partnership.
