Restrictions: These programs are for woman. There is a $100 application fee. The particiapnt needs to be drug free and will submit to random drug testing. The participant will have to complete and pass the program monthly to graduate after 12 months.

Our programs at UHC offer Educational Career Development, Business Ethics, Strategic Marketing Campaigns, and Book Keeping Skills. We lift up and build confidence in our participants. Our hands on training and Entrepreneurship Programs are intended to bring life to a lost world.  under HIS construction believes every woman deserves an opportunity in building better lives through education, work ethic and hard work for a stronger stable community.

UHC specializes in and focuses on the recidivism rate. The 70% of women that return to incarceration after being released.

It is the mission, duty, and purpose for under HIS construction to present Charitable and Educational Activites for underpriviledged woman.
