The Village of Pecos seeks to enhance the community's economic development needs for those in the Pecos as well as neighboring counties. The plan is to provide funds for advertising, marketing, food, assistance with prizes and gifts, and bags to be provided each participant with needed items (i.e. water, gas cards, food items, and househild needs). The events that will occur include:
-Fishing Derby
-4th of July Celebration
-Christmas Parade including Santa visit and gifts for children
-Events in coordination with the State Parks (i.e. hikes, fishing, La Posadas, and talks)
-Christmas decortations around Village
-Any other festivals held
