The Housing Trust created the Village Sage in the belief that a safe, healthy, and affordable home is the foundation for a successful life. The aim is to offer services that engage residents in life-enhancing, community-building activities; to address problems early on; and, to provide access to assistance. Three apartments are designed for complete wheelchair accessibility, 20% for hearing impaired.
