Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment option that acts as a step down from a higher level of care or if you were unable to meet your goals in weekly outpatient treatment. Attending our program will add increased stability to meeting your mental health goals. Skills groups are focused on integrating coping skills into your environment with a higher level of intervention than general outpatient groups.
