Adelante is a nonprofit organization that supports people with disabilities, disadvantages, and seniors by providing employment, residential and day services, and other community resources. Founded in 1978, the agency's programs extend across New Mexico. Adelante means "forward" in Spanish, reflecting a focus on helping people push past stereotypes and moving forward with their lives. Adelante promotes independence and individualized goals in all of its programs.
