Navajo Artists Technology Innovation & Vision Enterprise

The N.A.T.I.V.E. Project (Navajo Artists Technology Innovation & Vision Enterprise) is designed to use artistic excellence and merit to improve the livelihood of Navajo and other Native American artists and to engage the general public in Native American culture and arts (i.e., weaving, jewelry, pottery, carvings, silver smithing, sand painting, crafts, fine arts and cultural education). Our ultimate goal is to increase the exposure and marketability of these products throughout the world which, in turn, economically benefits the Native American community particularly in the Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and southern Colorado region. The N.A.T.I.V.E. Project promotes Native American culture, increases the development of Native American arts and crafts, directly impacts reservation artists through higher compensation, and increases the exposure and direct sales of their unique artistic and crafts forms.
