Casa de Salud

Casa de Salud primarily serves uninsured patients and people with Medicaid. Please call our clinic to schedule an appointment - this is preferred! We also accept some same-day walk-in patients. Casa de Salud embodies a trauma-informed and anti-racist model of care.

  • Primary Care and Acute Care ($40 Per Visit + cost of any labs, procedures – or no cost with medicaid)
  • Gender affirming healthcare and gender affirming hormone therapy: Casa is a safe and welcoming space for all types of LGBT / queer people. We also offer gender affirming hormone therapy.
  • Strong Roots Treatment program with Suboxone (buprenorphine) lifesaving medication for people struggling with fentanyl, heroin, or opioid pain pills. Integrative/holistic healing and bodywork offerings and primary care are included.
  • Harm Reduction: Casa runs a robust syringe exchange and narcan distribution program on site, where active drug users or people who love drug users can drop in and access new syringes, safer using supplies, fentanyl test strips, and Narcan.
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening (free paps/mammograms for uninsured, low-income patients)
  • Acupuncture ($40 Per visit)
  • Reiki ($45 per visit)
  • Massage ($45 per visit)
  • Case Management - Casa de Salud has a full-time Pathways Navigator and a full-time Intensive Case Manager on staff.
  • Medical debt navigation for uninsured people - Casa can help assist uninsured patients.
