The Catron County Behavioral Health Group began as a committee of the Catron County Council. The purpose of its formation was to provide advocacy for people with behavioral health challenges (substance abuse and mental illness) and to provide needed services to this frontier area. Our mission is to develop a wraparound system of care within Catron County by which we can provide and assist individuals with healing, well-being and support. We would like to provide the community with awareness programs to help individuals and their families understand behavioral health issues.
