The Cooperative Catalyst follows a tested process to help cooperatives form, grow, and succeed. Although cooperatives may start at many different points, they will go through similar steps. Depending on members’ needs and the capacity of Cooperative Catalyst, we may be closely involved in your cooperative’s development, or we may serve as a liaison and coordinator between the cooperative group and other technical assistance providers.
Our Mission is to empower communities and individuals to create local wealth, catalyzing and fostering local cooperatives through technical, management, education / training and financial support. We aim to catalyze creation of a generative cooperative ecosystem.
