Public education and outreach services: recruit and train volunteers, distribute educational literature, conduct surveys and discuss educational issues for work on the following issues: clean air, clean water, and conservation. We educate the public and decision makers about important environmental issues, including the envionmental, economic, and health benefits of using renewable energy across New Mexico, the impacts of air and water pollution on the state and its citizens, and the value of protecting our open spaces.
Environment New Mexico Research & Policy Center is a 501(c)(3) organization. We are dedicated to protecting our air, water and open spaces. We investigate problems, craft solutions, educate the public and decision-makers, and help the public make their voices heard in local, state and national debates over the quality of our environment and our lives.
