Day Center

Our day center is open to any families in need regardless of whether they are residing in our shelter. We offer intensive case management, tutoring, individual job search assistance, computer usage, life skills and parenting classes. Adults in the shelter component who are not gainfully employed must commit to being at the day center every weekday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, looking for employment and housing. The day center is also a place to shower, do laundry, make phone calls, get mail, participate in tutoring, build community and so much more. Families are eligible to use the day center prior to being admitted into the shelter, required to use it during their shelter stay and available to use it throughout their lifetime as a graduate of the shelter.
