South Valley Pathways Collaborative provides staff with specialized training in case management through financial, technical, and peer to peer support provided by the Collaborative. Staff assist clients in assessing critical needs such as health care, employment, and housing. This program serves those that were previously incarcerated as well as the growing Mexican immigrant community
