Fatherhood Program

Padres Unidos – The Las Cumbres Fatherhood Program focuses on helping men become engaged, committed, and responsible fathers. The program welcomes any father of any age and any background with parenting needs. Our Fatherhood Program exists under the umbrella of our Behavioral Health Program.

The program consists of three parts:

• An education and support group centered on parenting skills, co-parenting communication, child development, discipline techniques, father rights, legal rights and responsibilities, and supporting a healthy parent-child relationship
• Individual, couples, and family therapy
• Case management services to help fathers with such issues as education enrollment, resume building, job searches, and household budgeting
