The Los Alamos Family Council Counseling Center opened in 1962 to provide behavioral and mental health services for those in Los Alamos and surrounding communities.
Clinical counseling/therapy is available for adults, adolescents and children. We accept a variety of insurance plans and use grants and fundraising to provide affordable services to those without insurance.
We also offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for alcohol and drug abuse.
Outside our clinical work we offer the only NM State approved DWI school.
