The Young Parent Program provides legal representation to young parents up to age 19 to assist them to establish a safe and stable home for their young children. A staff attorney will represent the young parent in legal proceedings to establish parentage, custody, time sharing and child support.

We are a private non-profit agency providing civil legal services to children, youth, and their caregivers, including direct representation, community legal education, and policy advocacy.
